I don't know what is up with my foot. it hurts on the lateral sides of my achilles. It really sucks to flex my foot. Hot and cold soaks are not helping. Stretching sucks butt. It semi loosens as the day progresses (not really). At any rate looks like I will be out of commission for a few. Not cool b/c stress is getting to me.

 

So I'm going to tell of you so you can keep me honest. Today is also the day where I"m going to start my own 30 day challenge of no sugar, soda, or glutin (does horrible things to my belly but I keep eating it like an idiot). This is in an effort to feel better, possibley losing some weight (but I'm not holding my breath on that one)

I was doing good last week until some stress came along yesterday and I downed 2 sodas and pasta. I know not horrid but it wasn't pretty this morning. I haven't had candy in over a week so I should be good about that. I have been getting REALLy good at saying no at work. As a teacher there seems to be food around ALL the time!

Foot feels like it is loosening up a bit.

and OMG my principal just came in here. I'm not telling any one but you guys cuz you won't tell and asking me a billion times. I have an interview next Tuesday with both principals in the district I'm working. They are thinking 1st or 2nd grade. Which doesn't make me super happy b/c I would like a higher grade level. But I keep getting the lower grades (student teaching, the job I have now) so I guess at some point it is meant to be.

45 min on elliptical. I konked out early last night for a glorious 9 hours of sleep.

 Wearing my Merrels all day today. My foot still feels like poopy. People keep talking about orthodics to me and I'm just not gonna do that. Or inserts. I'm trying to go the barefoot route or atleast just regular shoes. Don't believe in them! The doc better have a better 'plan' for me.

 

Btw this is day 6 of no glutin and no soda. Yesterday I had chocolate and some gummy bears. But I also didn't exercise. So I guess I have to exercise every day to keep those cravings at bay.
