45 min on elliptical. I konked out early last night for a glorious 9 hours of sleep. Wearing my Merrels all day today. My foot still feels like poopy. People keep talking about orthodics to me and I'm just not gonna do that. Or inserts. I'm trying to go the barefoot route or atleast just regular shoes. Don't believe in them! The doc better have a better 'plan' for me. Btw this is day 6 of no glutin and no soda. Yesterday I had chocolate and some gummy bears. But I also didn't exercise. So I guess I have to exercise every day to keep those cravings at bay.
