6:00am out early this morning!

I ran 10:30 average pace. It was 43 degrees.

I had a hard time falling asleep last night. I kept waking up with nightmares...this has been happening for a few days. they ware weird sci fi dreams. I know it is stress.

I have turned in many projects/lessons for school this semester but have gotten very little feed back as far as grades are concerned in two of my methods courses. it make me nervous b/c for the lab portion I need a 95 percent (which I am capable of doing) but our classroom that we are teaching in is horrible for classroom management. It makes me nervous about student teaching and just this semester in general.

We have a few repeat students (ie they failed the lab portion last semester) and they didn't know that they were doing bad till the very end. I do not want to happen (thankfully they had different teachers)

Any who...happy running all!

Good job getting out early for your run.

Is there someone you can talk to about getting some feedback so that you're not surprised at the end of the semester?

Seems like a crappy teaching methodology to me. How ironic.

Way to get out there and run.

Just keep running', April. Yes, you have to do Chicago, I guess. I have two friends who just finished it, and they loved it so much, they are trying to get our whole running group to go next year.

No one I can talk to--we just complain amongst each other. It is crazy--there are three lab sites and all of us pretty much have the same complaints. This is week 7 of 15...almost half way there.

Tracy--we try to laugh that these are the poeple that are teaching us all these great ways of teaching--and they are not really modeling it very well. And as you know--modeling is everything!

Even the cooperating teacher (we are in her classroom observing and teaching some lessons) is horrific--she tells the students to shut up--and b/c we are white will never get respect from the black male boys. It is super positive!

JD--I like that name! I have little tricks for myself that get meout the door lately.

Aunt--if you are serious--i may do it..>i will look at the map of the race and see if it is better than the 1/2 they do in Septembr (not the best scenic views of chicago) As I recall it was pretty boring last year!

A friend said she had runners running by her apartment all day and though it was really cool...we shall see

Good job getting out there so early!

(Mr. Sno likes to say, "You know what early birds get for breakfast? Worms!" But I think he's just jealous, lol.)
