7:20 am AP 11:45 maybe? I forget. Fresh snow on the ground. 29 degrees.
I walked every mile or so for .05 to .10 miles. after about mile 6 I could feelt my ITB tighten up. So I stopped and stretched it. My run had hills in it. I think that is what did it. Up until now I have been trying to stay on flat ground. It is hard to plot out a route around here that is 9 miles that doens' thave hills. I would have gone on the bike path but I'm sure it wasn't plowed from when we got snow a few days ago.
At about mile 7.5 a guy starts honking at me! Offering me a ride! I'm like no thankyou old guy in a VAN! Scary! I could have been kidnapped today!
BTW...I got a job at the YMCA. Free membership! I start in April! Muahaha
