stretching and resting. I used the tennis ball on my leg for a little while...then the dogs realized I had it and went nuts. Felt good well it lasted LOL
Dogs love tennis balls. I hope you were able to use it enough before they went nuts.

ha ha ha ... one of my dogs is a terrible ball stealer! Their noses tickle like crazy while they try to steal the ball! We have to hide our trigger point ball (a little harder than tennis balls and a whole lot more expensive!).

I thought I was being sneeky b/c I gave them raw hide flips to chew on...but then they caught me! LOL Next time I will throw them outside. I have to say the tennis ball seems to be helping more than the stick did. But it is weird to roll on. Maybe I will get a foam roller...

The tennis ball and the dog reminds me of the movie "Up"! Watched it the other night! SO FUNNY!!! Keep rehabing that ITB!
