PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

not sure what is up with me...Not going to try to dwell on it...no running today....I did Jillian Michaels shape up back video...stressful week this week

Hey it's good to take a break now and then. An easy week or whatever. Nice job with Jillian though. Besides, running is supposed to be for our enjoyment, not a burden. Hope your week goes well.

yes...running has been a burden...I have been forcing myself to keep it up b/c I love that I"m at 30 miles a wekk and that most of the time it feels easy. I would hate to start over....oh yeah and I have a 5k on Saturday.
