What a day...So I set out for 2 miles...came up short to 1.5. I ran with the yellow dog. He really liked it but my form is all off when I run with a dog. I think that is another reason I stopped doing it. Any who...i walked most of it. I felt like poop.

someone said that you can buy an attachment that goes to your hip so your hands are free...BUT he can pull if he sees a squirrel and I don't feel like getting my waist pulled on!
