I bought a new Nike Shirt. Love the color...hate that it looks like a half shirt on me. It rides up. I have a long torso and some shirts end up doing that. I will keep it anyway and wear a different pair of pants the next time I run in it.

After my run I took the 3 dogs on a .8 mile walk. Well I ended up jogging with them b/c they were unusually hyper and pulling. They liked that...On our normal walk there is this white fluffy little dog that always barks and makes my one dog go nuts. Well today the owner was actually out with him and was walking him across the street to where we were. I stopped and turned directly around. My dogs didn't even notice him but the fluffy dog was all going bonkers. And my dogs weigh about 190 lbs alltogether. I can control them but I just didn't feel like today I would be able to. The owner got some made! She was like ma'am you can walk over here! I'm like no thanks

I could see her from across the park she wasn't even walking the dog she was only taking him across the street to do his business. Well no wonder the dog is so cranky all the time! He never gets to go for a walk.

Any one watch the Dog Whispherer? I have caught it a few times and walks are the most important thing for dogs. When I skip one I notice it that day or the next time we are on a walk. Okay well i'm sure you have had your fill about my dogs!

I image 190 lbs. of dogs is a lot to handle, though I have no actual experience in it myself.

It's very good of you to get those dogs out for walks.
