PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

Stay injury free and see where that takes me.

I have a husband who is wonderful, three beautiful dogs,  I'm a teacher, and I'm a runner. Life is good.

I think 32 degrees is my new fav running temp. Well lots to do today...Laundry, homework all before my parents come over so we can go to my aunt's for turkey dinner (we do it the Saturday before)

Carolyn--I felt better presickness...Usually during these temps last year I was hacking my guts out once I stopped running...there isn't any of that this year...I'm so happy about that!
