I"m taking another day off. I walked the dogs for 1.5 miles. Just not feeling the running today. Tomorrow I'm going to write up my plan as if I'm going to run that full by next august...I'm gonna throw in a 1/2 too...

A half is good preparation for a full. I really do better when I have a plan.

Well I also figure this week I have been lazy b/c I don't have an upcoming race to plan for...so I need to get on that to keep me motivated. I just tell myself if you don't run it is going to hurt reallly bad on race day...that worked well for me this last training cycle.
