I'm just catching up on what I've missed. You did have a great week!

Next time you get new shoes you may want to go to a specialty store. I used to get my shoes at Kohl's (because I am cheap) and in the last couple of years I've switched even though I nearly have a heart attack every time I buy new shoes.

The reason I still go there, despite my miserly tendencies? The sales people know what they're talking about. They can watch you run (do a gait analysis) and talk to you about the specific issues that you have so that they can recommend the best shoe for you. And you may spend extra money, but your feet/legs will be happier (and my store gives me a discount for a variety of reasons, but I think they give pretty much everyone a discount).

Normally I would completely agree with you...BUT i had it out with the LRS lady. Long story short I don't go there any more...I couldn't find shoes online so I got the Kohls kind. Plus my feet don't feel any different in those shoes and they run out about the same mileage as the kohls shoes. I haven't been able to get more than 300 miles out of LRS or kohls shoes..I dunno maybe it is me.
