8am-70's a little humid. Nice cloud cover.

I almost forgot to put my miles in! Oops!

This will probably be my last run before the race. I was going to run tomorrow but SO and I are going to the outlet malls which means lots of walking. I'm hoping to find some teacher clothes. Most of my professional dress clothes are too big on me so I saved all year. I hope it pays off. Never fails--when I have no money I can find lots of clothes I like. LOL

Happy running!

Shopping! How fun! Just have a seat and do a little people-watching every now and then, and it will be a perfect level of exertion. I wish I could come with you! :)

Happy shopping!

Shopping is probably a nice distraction if you get jittery. And if you don't get jittery, you'll at least have "school" clothes. Heaven forbid that I should ever have to dress like an adult.

The money is in the bank, the hay is in the barn, all that, the work is done. Enjoy some rest and you'll feel great on race day!

I think I started to get jittery--thus that bad running b/c I think I started out too fast for me.

I just have to keep repeating-slow but steady for the first few miles and I think I will be okay!

Good luck on your race! What kind of race is it? All your clothes too big..hmmm you must have lost some weight. Running does that!

It was a 1/2

I haven't recently lost the weight, It has been a while--just no money or just haven't found things that I would want to wear.

I did however get to Old Navy and now am a proud wearer of a size 6 Diva jean! LOL (i was a size 10 a few years ago)
