PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

I have a husband who is wonderful, three beautiful dogs,  I'm a teacher, and I'm a runner. Life is good.

6:45am--got a late start this morning. The sun wasn't out so I didn't reall wake up all the way! It was perfect weather for a run. I wish I had done my long run today. It was nice and cloudy with some wind...and it rained the last part of my run. I kept it easy and ran with the yellow dog. My knees warmed up after about a mile and didn't hurt but I thought I better not push it and went home after 3 miles. Good run

I really like running in the rain. Ever since last summer. I really hate the heat. When I lived in Florida I would only go outside If I was going to the pool, to my truck, or the beach. Otherwise I was in air conditioning. That was during my , "I don't get running" years. LOL
