I love the 40's for running...Today I didn't eat breakfast before I went out. I have lots to do so I thought I would experiment with that a bit. I had some powerade and then went out the door.

At about the 30 minute mark I got some stitches right up in the middle of my rib cage...did not feel so good...but they went away after a little bit of walking (only one walk breaktoday)

I really focued on the chi running. I hope to get more of the reading done today.

Good job getting out early on a Sunday morning. I usually don't eat before my runs. I'll have some oatmeal before a long run, but otherwise, nothing. But different things work for different people.

Also, I thought that maybe if i got my run in before anything else in the day I would have less likely of a chance of blowing it off. So far it is working...I obviously don't want to over do it so I will have to bike ride or something tomorrow.
