I was distracted when I wrote this...I meant one hill...:)

LOL! the way i read it was that you *only* took one phone on your run -- as opposed to the four or five that you typically carry.

You've been running enough to make it easier to ramp up the training when you're ready.

You slept with your yaktrax on?

From april27 on Tue, Jan 25, 2011 at 20:26:21 from 99.188.251.180

Doesn't everyone?

From Burt on Tue, Jan 25, 2011 at 20:36:37 from 206.19.214.144

Ha! I put my running clothes on last night to go out, but I didn't. So I just slept in them so I would be ready to go first thing in the morning.

From april27 on Tue, Jan 25, 2011 at 20:45:56 from 99.188.251.180

I guess I"m more hardcore than you b/c I sleep with the yaks on AND my running clothes--all three layers! included gloves!
