PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

Stay injury free and see where that takes me.

I have a husband who is wonderful, three beautiful dogs,  I'm a teacher, and I'm a runner. Life is good.

ah yes 11 hours of sleep. the weather is so chilly it was hard not to stay in bed till 930...it was also hard to get out an run. And was so concerned with bringing my ipod that I forgot my garmin...but atleast I remembered the dog...

I started listening to a podcast called Wormwood. Pretty good if you like hokey mysteries.

Yes he needs to run with me..he is very hyper...the other two are mello/old so they can skip walks...but not him!

Great sleep!

It's good to run without the Garmin from time to time, though I only do it when my Garmin is dead. I'm addicted to data.
