PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

Stay injury free and see where that takes me.

I have a husband who is wonderful, three beautiful dogs,  I'm a teacher, and I'm a runner. Life is good.

Went and saw a new band last night. It was awful. We usually see this other band but they aren't playing at the venue we go to till March. Epic fail! Next time we will just wait! LOL

My run felt great. I got tired/hungry after like mile 3. I have a lot of work to do in terms of getting my endurance back.

I have one more week of 2-3 milers and a five miler and I should be good to go to safely start out the marathon training plan next week!
