I keep waking up at like 4:30 in the morning and then going to bed. Maybe next week I can start actually waking up and going for a run. I hope it stays warm.
5:10pm run35 degrees. This run was hard on me. 10:50 average pace. I swear one pain goes another one comes.
And I have a lot of work to do this week. and I want to put in an 8-10 miler. Was I insane to think that I could train for a MARATHON and student teach? yeesh. I think for now I will save the marathons for the summer time and keep my 1/2s for the spring... |
