30 crunches on the ball 2 sets of 20; 24 lbs nose bleeders 2 sets of 20; 8lbs in each hand chest flies 3 sets of 10; 24 lbs I forget what it is called...but you bend over and lower the weights to work lower back... 120 arm circles (out to side, front and over head) 3 sets of 10: 25 lbs lat pull down 3 sets of 10: 12 lbs each hand hammer curls
