Still feeling blah. I did some planks and squats...i just feel blah...I'm hopeing it is the weather and not somethign I'm coming down with...I still felt all loopy yesterday when I got home...I don't like feeling dizzy

I think you need some rest and some good nutrition. Maybe some chicken soup or something.

I never got sunday off. I went in for a bit. It was very slow. My relief finally showed up later...today i just went in for my morning class and came home. It is sooo humid here. I think that has a lot to do with how I'm feeling.
