I know this is all knew to me. I haven't worked 9 hour days consistantly in I don't know how long.

I'm telling myself that they are! hahaha The pain isn't nearly as bad so I guess I'm getting better! I still use the inserts in my running shoes and I'm trying to stick with flat shoes with my everyday wear.
