PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

Stay injury free and see where that takes me.

I have a husband who is wonderful, three beautiful dogs,  I'm a teacher, and I'm a runner. Life is good.

My toe still hurts from last week when I wrapped it around the furniture...but other wise I'm good.

68 degrees--windy-Intervals 1/2 mile rests with 30 seconds of speed on a fairly flat boring surface...Good run. Turns out the 2 days off did some good.

So motivated of you to do all this speedy work and technical rrunning on your own! I am sure I'd be much too lazy if I had to do that by myself.
