I tosssed and turned all last night so I wasn't really expecting a great run. But it actually turned out quite nice.

7:40am start 63 degrees ended at 67 degrees. Semi humid feeling.

On ravelry.com forum we were discussing Galloway and his run/walk method of training. I tried it this morning. Instead of walking when i'm exhausted (like I usually do) I started walking early. I walked every 4-6 minutes or after a hill. This seemed to help and I felt better. i didn't run any faster in the run as a whole BUT instead of having the first few miles as a 12 min pace I was at a pretty consistent 9:30 to 10 min pace. Except for the hills...I still go down to a about an 11:30 pace for some hills.

Yeah good run!

I'm glad you had a good run, especially when you weren't expecting it. Maybe Galloway is the way for you to go for now.
