I switched around my routine a little b/c I didn't feel like running right away...this weather is exhausting--but great to run in. I admit my run stunk at frist...but I got some good pacing in. any who...did some planks and other ab stuff/stretches when I got home. Stomach is still messed up though.

Happy running.

Hope your stomach starts calming down, but way to get out there, even though you didn't feel well. What is your mileage goal for this week?

I think this week is 18...I would like to be at 20 though...and build from there. But I don't want to over do it. As it is I"m at 11.5..I have a 8 miler long run scheduled for tomorrow and then I still would like to run a 5th day on Friday. So as it is I will be over 18. As long as my 8 miler goes well! Truthfully, I'm kinda winging it on my other runs. I just run how ever much I feel like running and what will get me to my weekly mileage...The only thing I have set in stone is my long runs.

We shall see what results it produces. LOL

I wonder if you've got some kind of stomach bug, or if you've been eating something that doesn't agree with you. If it doesn't clear up soon, you might try something like going off dairy for a few days and see if that makes a difference. If it's not that, try going of gluten for a few days. Those are two common culprits for stomach troubles, I hear.

Good luck with the long run!

Funny you mentioned dairy--I checked my yogurt and milk to make sure it wasn't expired. They weren't.

I think my boyfriend may of had it too b/c he was complaining of stomach issues too. Who knows. I am feeling a little livilier so I suppose that is all that is important!
