I'm not feeling well today--I may take the day off...I don't have work or school today so it may just end up being a late running day. I did something to my leg last night at work so it is sort of pinching. Weird, but i"m going to stick it and hope for the best.
Goals for this month--my friend is really into weights and is going to write me up a plan, in turn I'm going to write her up a running plan. She is more into fat burning so that will be weird since I don't care about that and I just like to run the distances.
For this month I'm going to rebuild miles, add in strength training, and figure out my schedule with school and all that fun stuff. 2 days a week I have to be at school a 7:45--which isn't too early but I have to wake up at 6. Which is the time I usually go for a run--so either M, W are going to be my off days or I'm going to be up pretty early on those days. Oh decisions! |
