I hate my stomach and I have no butt

6:45 pm 52 degrees average pace 9:46

I will not run anymore with the dog and no head lamp. We almost died! Okay not really but if there had been a car in the street at the exact moment where my dog either saw something or got scared b/c he went the opposite way I wanted him to we would have been dead...headlamp should be here by Monday. I guess I will wake up early tomorrow eat breakfast and then do homework and wait for the sun to come up to do my run. I think I'm really pushing my luck with runing in the dark with inadequate lighting.

60 second plank

30 second side plank each side

30 seconds of bicycle crunches

Be careful out there! I'm glad a car didn't get you. The headlamp will be a big help.

Great job on the planks.

Stay safe! Lights are good. I also own a really nice reflective vest by Amphipod. Its is VERY VERY visible in darkness. Get one for you and one for yellow dog.

I can sympathize about the butt. I liked it better when I had one.

I got my lamp! and I incidently bought a reflective sash with it. I felt like a dork after the light came out!
