PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

Stay injury free and see where that takes me.

I have a husband who is wonderful, three beautiful dogs,  I'm a teacher, and I'm a runner. Life is good.

I am going away for the weekend to Indianapolis. I decided I'm not going to run. I'm going to experiment starting Monday with Running 5 days in a row...

And I'm going to run 9-10 miles tomorrow. I figure doing that on 2 days off will be better than doing it on Wednesday...we shall see!
