PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

9 am...ya know i know i had some fast miles in there but i'm too lazy to look at my watch to figure it out. so we will just call them easy

any who--bad week for running. today while running i was trying to get a hold of the VA for my GI bill stuff. My school totaally messed up and i'm really tired of the run around. Grr...

 

I realy dislike fridays!

 

oh and today was wet and rainy and cold!
