I woke up a little late today...So I ate breakfast and waited an hour...I had no problems with this as far as stomach trouble.
Today I was trying to work on Chi running...I have always had a week back so it was kinda bothering me today. Not hurting just feels week. i have been doing super mans and ab work trying to strengthen it but as I remember even doing 300 sit ups a day did not help. I have horrible posture. I try to stand and walk tall at work but that kills me...
Any who I thought I would try this whole fast mile thing. this run is a 1.5 out and 1.5 ish back. So on the last mile I sped up. I would say the last few blocks of the run I was in all out sprint. Good thing it is down hill. I about died but feel okay. Also the last 1.5 mile was 1 minute faster than the first. |
