8am--slow start this morning. My knees during the run were feeling like how they felt after my 1/2 marathon last year. Any advice on this? I soaked in a cool bath. They feel okay now...but I get worried about my knees.

Oh and forgot to say--today is my last run before my first 5K on Saturday...Yippeee!!!

Good luck on Saturday! Remember to have fun!

Your knees are strong and running is what they are built to do. If you think something is wrong, watch for swelling or redness, but don't worry about them. You've got your Chi running position, right? Not crashing down on your heels will help.

Have a great weekend!

Relax and have fun with the race. Don't let it stress you out. I'll be waiting to hear how it goes.
