PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

8:00am 10 degrees -1 with the windchill. I didn't care. I had to get out of the house. It felt good. I was actually hot for the last 2 miles..which kinda sucked. Taking off my gloves helped with that. The only part that was yuck was running towards the west. But lucky for me I only had to do that for about 1/2 mile. The wind was icky. But I got some MP miles out of it!

Nice picture. It looks like you were set to go, though I would have pulled that thing up over my nose. Can you breathe through it?

Great job being hard core in the cold weather today. The wind really makes a big difference. I think you probably have to deal with a lot more wind than I do here.

Carolyn, I'm not crazy about things over my nose. I put it over briefly throughout the run. Yes I can breathe through it. Although it got quit moist . It dried right away as soon as I pulled it off my face. It is called a buff.
