8:00 am run. I have no idea of how cold it was b/c I don't have my computer with me.

I drove up to Illinois to meet with my brother and Tracy from the blog. Sooo fun, and so glad to finally meet Tracy! My IT band started hurting otherwise I would have liked to have gone longer. Oh well. Oh and I'm so glad my brother and Tracy were there I went a lot faster than I thought I did. I got 2 + MP miles in. Yippeee!!! I'm sure we could have been faster had it not been for all the snow.

Fun to meet someone from the blog! Is your brother still running?

From Tracy on Mon, Dec 28, 2009 at 13:37:20 from 24.1.33.250

Again, good to meet you April! We'll have to do it again.

Aunt-He is doing TM runs. I did not know this until today so I was like yeah how are you going to keep up with Tracy and I? He said it felt really good to be outside for a run. He ran in PJ pants...he had to be freezing. And I gavehim a Mizuno Breath Thermo hat. I told him he needs to start logging his miles so we can all support him!

Tracy-I hope we weren't too weird--and if I didn't have my bro I probably would have gone inside...he seems skiddish around new people (i hope he doesn't read this LOL)

Of course you weren't too weird, goofy! Your bro is crazy--it was freeeezing! PJ pants? I didn't even notice!

HOW COOL is that to meet up with Tracy and your bro. for a winter run. Yep, snow does slow you some. VERY nice pace! Hope the ITB behaves! Stretch and roll that baby!

Yes smooth. I'm going to try the tennis ball today. The Stick doesn't seem to be cutting it. Not sure if I'm going deep enough. My friend said (and she body builds for competitions) she said it should hurt when I roll on it...It is definitely uncomfy...but doesn't make me want to cry.

Tracy-I only noticed b/c I bought him the pants for xmas!
