7am

Goal: Practive more Chirunning and get use to the heat...It was 68 when i started my run and it ended at 71...23mph winds on the leg out...and by the end of the run I wish I had some wind hitting me...I felt so hot! Maybe I should wake up earlier!

it is also day two of eating after my run instead of before...so far so good...I did end up getting a stitch again at around the same time as yesterday...

Pace 10:45

And on another note--I start school again next week. Lucky for me I only have two days a week where I start at 930. (last semester i started at 8) So possibly I could get a run in before school now...It helps also that this semester I will not be working during the week so I could go to bed early in order to wake up a little earlier...I'm not excited aboutt he lack of money this new schedule will bring but I'm sure I will have more time for my 21 credits, running, time with my dogs, and my boyfriend...

Well off to walking the dogs...happy running!

68 degrees at 7:00 am? Wow.

I'm glad that eating after your run seems to be helping.

Good luck with school.

yes isn't that ridiculous? I thought getting up at 645 would have been fine...it has been a goofy week. I woke up yesterday at it was 40s...ya never know in the midwest!

Oh man, those temps don't look like fun at all! But you'll soon acclimate if you keep running in it.
