7-am--nice a cool out. Even nicer in the shade. I caught my smallest toes on the couch this morning. That really hurt. They were okay during the run...but then I took off my shoes and I could feel the pain. well discomfort...It may bruise.

I have been forgetting to charge my garmin so it died mid run. Before it died I kept falling back into a comfy 10:30 pace. I kept trying to keep it below a 10. 9;30 pace felt good but if I don't concentrate I don't keep it...Is that weird?

BTW--I got an A on that math midterm. I had to look at it twice. With the curve I got an A+. I'm just super happy that I didn't need a curve to get the A. There were a lot of others that didn't do so well.

Nah. not weird. When my mind drifts I tend to slow down, well, depends on what I'm thinking about!

I sometimes slow down if my mind drifts.

Congratulations on the A+!

Runs like that are good for us as runners. I think of those runs as the "zen", where you just kind of lose track of the run, and it becomes this vehicle for daydreaming. I've actually had some of my best ideas and creative inspirations while doing those kinds of runs.

Way to go on the A+ smart cookie!

Good running, and congrats on the math A! I think we all have a "natural" pace, but it changes with training (or lack of,lol).
