PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

7:30 am 70 something...very thick air so it felt like 90...to me atleast...

I think I was running anywhere from between 11:30 and 10:30...if I approached 9:30 I would run out of breath. The air was very thick. Now I'm really nervous about the Madison 1/2..everyone cross your fingers for either zero humidity or rain...:)

You never know what will happen on race day. I had to chant that to myself today too. Just the fact that you ran in these conditions means you'll be stronger tomorrow than you were today. Good job hanging in there!
