6:30am--perfect running weather. 68 degrees --breezy over cast---as if it is about to thunderstorm...LOVE IT!

OH and as I say that it starts to rain.LOL

Calves were a little tights in the beginning but I just keep reminding myself that the pain subsides after a few miles.

Oh and Garmin is alive again! Yippee...I guess I just didn't hold the reset buttons long enough..OOPS

Good to know about the reset trick! I just spent a while on the phone with the Garmin Support people this morning and learned how to manually upload the runs that my computer randomly decides not to upload. Don't know why it does that, but now I can fix it.

Glad you finished before it got wet!

Congratulations on figuring out the Garmin. I hope it behaves itself now.

You've got a great start to the week.

Good job getting out early to run.

The calm before the storm is the perfect time to run...
