I had a hard time getting out this morning--I had some tummy trouble and I know it is due to candy...but I love it so much!

I had some yum scrambled eggs mixed with tomatoes when I got home..YUMMMY!

Great job getting out early this morning!

I've been having scrambled eggs for breakfast lately.

Thumbs up on the eggs, thumbs down on the candy. Sorry- it's none of my business and you are certainly capable of choosing for yourself, but do watch out. Dark chocolate is a great substitute with much less sugar. I also like "Medjool" dates. I have a wicked-bad sweet tooth but I feel so much better without the "hard stuff."

Nice job getting a good run in.

Snoqualmie (or Dr. Sno as I like to call her) knows what she's talking about. Her sage wisdom has helped me clean most of the sugar out of my diet. Her prescription for Melatonin was spot on in helping me get back to a normal sleep pattern. All this for only $.02...

Scrambled eggs and tomatoes have got to be one of the best post run snacks ever!

Hahahahahaha...You just made my day, JD. Now I'm late from blog loitering, but it was worth it. Gotta run!

Dr. Sno--yes I know I need to quit...I have never been a smoker but i can only imagine that it is like quiting smoking. I've made it a week and then I get these cravings!

Unfortunately I hate dark chocolate. To me it is bitter and not sweet. Oh and I can't eat chocolate. I think I maybe allergic. So atleast I don't eat that anymore.

are these dates sweet?

I have been craving scrambled eggs all week and finally had time to make 'em! Yum!
