Great run. Hammies are still tight. Garmin is frozen so I didn't take it with me today. I should probably figure out what is wrong with it. It was acting funny all weekend.

On a food note--I'm totally addicted to this nut mix I bought. (getting rid of fake sugars--ie candy, soda will be next..trying to take one thing at a time)

It is a mix of cranberries, soy nuts, pumkin kernals, and almonds. YUM!

Good luck with the soda, that's probably the most important thing to cut out of your diet. Here's the fix for a froze garmin:

Soft reset. Press mode and reset for 10 seconds. Then try to power on while plugged in.

A hard reset will delete all your data and settings from the Forerunner. Press the Power and the Mode button until the unit comes on and asks if you want to erase all user data. Select Yes.

If the neither of the above work, try a hard reset that by-passes the confirmation screen. Press Mode, Reset and Power.

Man, you are on a roll, girl! Nice workouts. Maybe the Garmin is trying to tell you something.

A sweet fizzy drink that is somewhat better than soda: Tonic water with lime (no gin). I have that sometimes, more often now that I figured out its just as good with no gin.

Thanks Rattletrap--that worked...

First candy is gonna go...then soda...I think there would be too many headaches involved if I cut everything.

thanks Aunt--what is my garmin trying to tell me?
