6:20 am hot and humid
I did 5:1 run/walk today. I don't like it. Well I like it for a warm up but not for the entire run. I can't get into a groove. I skipped a few walk breaks and only then did my pace go below 10. So I think I will continue to use the Galloway method for warm ups and then as needed...but nothing on a regular basis...I know he says to walk early and the end goal is to take fewer breaks in the end so maybe I'm already at that point. Who knows....good run...Glad I'm out of the heat... |
