6:15am 60 degrees...Gorgeous outside. I love when there is fog over this one farm I run by and then the sun is just peaking out and the clouds look a lumpy...Run went well. I can't believe my toes are still sensitive...I didn't run with Garmin today. I haven't been when I know the mileage of the route. now I mostly take it with me on speed stuff and long runs.

Happy running!

Any fog is good fog! :) Sounds like a very zen run. Have a great weekend.

I love those Garmin free runs! Reminds me of the old days, when I didn't "train", I just ran. Just blissful running, with no attention to pace, or speed, or splits. My god, I didn't even know what a split was until about 4 weeks ago!

Sno--i agree!

Aunt-i try to do Garmin free runs atleast 2 times a week. It is usually my easy runs and it is usually a run where I know the distance already and usually it is the runs that are 4.70..they have some hills but lately feel easy. I still don't really pay attention to splits. Maybe after reading some of these books I will..
