PR my 5k time. But maybe for now I should shoot for under 30 minutes.

 I hope my fitness comes back quicker....stupid sickness making me take time off of running..

oh and I got to run today b/c some scheduling changes and my teacher said we could come in at 8:30 yippee getting in a run before school!

Your fitness will come back quickly. You weren't off for that long. Your body just needs to bounce back from the sickness.

We do what we have to do to get it in...and I felt so much better...well it also could be that I got to come home after school...I have to leave in like 20 minutes for work...usually on MOndays it is straight to work...this schedules is much more doable!
