5:15 pm 65 degrees
Too much soda and yuck today. I didn't want to do this run. But I got my shift covered and figured I needed to burn off some energy. I had cramps much of the way but pushed through. I even had a time where I was going to have an accident! I made it home though...stupid soda!
2 sets of 20 squats with an 8lb ball stetched out in front of me
2 sets of 10 24 lbs dead lift
