I ran to the bank today....How fun is it to run errands! Also there was no line because I was there so incredibley early. I had a great run. I can't help but wonder why I keep on getting these horrible over the last few days. It just started again a few hours ago.

Any who--Goal today was to have a nice easy run and to try out my Nike +. Now I just have to get back out there on Thursday and my group run on Saturday.

I did buy new shoes today...they felt soo good in the store...I have been having a heck of a time finding some. I'm so glad I went back today to try again!

New shoes - that's great! I think you'll love the Nike+ too. I've heard great things about it.

Hey welcome to the blog.

I'm wondering if your recent headaches have anything to do with hydration. It's easy to get dehydrated when you start running more consistently.

I love the feeling when I can combine an errand with a run.

Good luck with your current running goals!

JD After you said that I said "Duh" You are probably right. I think I have been drinking more mt dew than normal and less water....Sooo along with my "I'm not going to eat as much candy" I'm also going to up my water intake...I only drink a mt dew a day...but it use to be i would drink one everyonce in a while...seems lately it is a regular once a day thing. And thank you for your support!
