2 mile walk in my mizunos. The cushion does make it feel better. I wonder if I can get a way with wearing running shoes to work...hmmm. and then .9 in the merrells. those felt okay. Everything just feels super tight in the achilles heel area. I am totally lost on how to fix it and who (dr wise) to see about it.
I know now I'm getting a little made that I can't run (60's today and perfect for a run)> I saw another runner and she yelled good morning and I yelled "I wish I could be doing that" I did try to run. But the pain shoots then. That is awesomeness! The lady said, "Atleast you are doing something." Yeah yeah said the lady that is running. :( I guess depending on what time I get home from tutoring I may ride my bike. The ellip is getting BORING with a capital B. And I swear I'm not getting a work out with running or th ellip. and no Jillian b/c she loves her jumping jacks and that DOES NOT feel good. :( NOT a good start to the summer. pm .8 walk
