10am run 17 degrees with the windchill and actively snowing.
It wasn't until about mile 6 or so when the knee/IT Band started acting up. There were a lot of hills so that may of been a mistake...Oops. So now I'm STRETCHING and kinda working my legs.
I ran in the snow today too, but it was just snowing lightly, probably not as hard as it was for you.
I'm glad you're stretching. I should do the same, but I'm too tired.

I started doing lunges too. It seems to help loosen things up a bit.
I try to stretch while eating or watching tv. It makes it less of a task. But watch in a week I will forget to do it again. LOL
