10:00am Pace 10:17  65 degrees

Intervals--today I did 3 minutes of rest and 1 minute of fastness. I only repeated this 4 times. I probably could have warmed up a little more but again I was trying this out. No pain today...I feel very tired now. I didn't get to bed until 230am on friday night and I swear I'm still recovering (i really could not sleep)

during my fast times I ran on average 8:30-8:45 pace and during slower times I ran about 10:15 pace.

is this too much of a difference?

I made up my 1/2 marathon schedule (i haven't committed to go yet b/c I want to make sure the dogs are taken care of)

Sundays I will do intervals or fartleks...some sort of speed work.
Monday-easy run
Tuesday-easy or maybe a tempo if i'm feeling it (which is better for wanting to improve race time? tempo or intervals?)
Wednesday-rest
Thursday-long run
Friday-easy run
Saturday-rest or make up for days lost or biking
