SLOOOOOOW RUN. AP 12:46...like I said sLOOOOOWW.
But I had my reasons. Snow is still a plenty so when cars are comings down the roads I had to move (usually there is grass/gravel for me to run in--now there is a wall of snow)
Also yesterdays work out was not a great idea before my long run. my pecs and abs and hammies are sore. A good sore mind you...but not how one would like to be before a long run.
so I'm hoping I can do my schedule as follows. Sun, Mon, Wednesday, Saturday--run. Tues, and Friday off. Thursday Cross train.
I was watching some scary Bob Harper videos (trainer from biggest loser) he has a trainer and they made some youtube videos. Today I did 2 reps of this (not for one minute)I just did the two reps of the push up part. But I thought adding in the side planks looks fun. i also throughly enjoyed Bob Harper saying holy crap. If they made a video together I would totally buy it. |
