Yoga Monday
did JM yoga. Skipped the cool down and did Gunnars ab ball exercises. I only went through 2 workouts (you can skip around). I know I only grabbed the 5lb weights but it was still easy. I"m used to JM making me do two things at once. He just had me on the ball doing bicep curls. boring. Maybe I should have skipped around.
Trying to go through some of my videos to keep things interesting on xtraining days.
I will prob walk the dogs in a bit. Lu keeps limping so it will probably be a light day again (she has hip dysplasia and seems to flare up when it is cold, also running around with the boy in the backyard last week didn't help :( |
