5 a.m. 30 degrees. Garmin is acting up again. She is now on time out. Took forever to get a signal. After the run I realized it said my AP for 14:00 and it didn't pace my first mile. I did may my run last night just in case. I think my AP was about 11. Pace charts and my RW schedule says to run easy at 11:17.
Am I hurting my speed workouts b/c I'm running my easy runs too fast? My easy runs feel easy, I'm not struggling. But I just wonder if that is why I can't seem to keep up the speed the schedule is asking me for. |
