Speed work. I did two miles one at 9:30 (where I was supposed to be) 1/2 mile break then another mile at 10:30. My arms just felt so tired and I kept 'forgetting' to go faster. LOL
Bridges and stretching afterward.

thanks it was hard to fit but I did it! Very annoying when the drivers flash the lights. I wonder if they are flashing to see if I"m a person or what is that! hahah
